Right-click the Videos folder, click Properties, and take note of the folder under Library locations. If these folders do not exist, right-click Libraries, and then click Restore default libraries. You should see a Music folder and a Videos folder. In the left pane, locate and expand Libraries. Open Windows File Explorer, click the View tab, and then click the Navigation pane menu and select the Show libraries option.
If you are having trouble downloading audio or video files, use the following steps to confirm that the Videos and Music libraries are correctly set up in Windows and selected in JW Library.
